Domestic Delivery Only

Kitchen Note currently ships only within India. We do not accept international orders at this time. If an order is placed with an international address, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated through the payment gateway.

Shipping & Timelines

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post services only. Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery is subject to courier company or postal service norms.

Kitchen Note is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities, and only guarantees to hand over the consignment within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. A delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Packaging

All parcels are shipped securely to ensure the freshness and quality of our stone-ground products. Orders placed after October 17, 2025, will be dispatched in bottles.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, an advance payment (e.g., ₹50) may be required to confirm the order. This advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or return.
